Hi there, and welcome! My name is Tanja. I'm a Usui Reiki Master Practitioner & Teacher, a Shamanic Reiki Master Practitioner and a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist (RCRT). I belong to both the Canadian Reiki Association and the Reflexology Association of Canada.

I offer both traditional Usui Reiki for adults and children, Shamanic Reiki and reflexology sessions at Wellington Natural Health. It is a serene and beautiful space downtown in the heart of Chilliwack, BC. I teach Usui Reiki classes in all levels, including teacher training. 

I am passionate about the work I do and strive to create a safe and comfortable environment for my clients and students to explore and embrace their wholeness and unique journey. After working as a nurse for 14 years, I know firsthand the issues, illness and dis-ease that can accumulate in the mind, body and spirit when exposed to high levels of stress for extended periods of time.
